Keepsakes
Memory keepsakes are so personal and a lovely reminder of someone we loved. These are all created by using the fabrics from garments bought, owned or worn by a loved one. The cushions with the same design were made for three family members using different garments giving them all a familiar feel.
Made or upcycled
I have only recently started to make my own clothes again and upcycle some pieces that need a bit of a face life. Hope they might give you some inspiration.

Craft items
I love to craft too and as you can see, one of my favourites is wreaths! Along with book covers, they are a great gift as they can be personalised for that individual feel.
The gnome was made for someone special following a visit to Finland where the gnomes were everywhere, in every shape and size imaginable.
The fabric boxes where made just for fun.
Sewn items
Some of these sewn items were made for family or friends as gifts.
The rope bag was created as an example at a sewing session I facilitated with some unpaid family carers, we had an amazing time and everyone went home with their own individual creation.
The two sun flower, waterproof garden kneeling mats were made from fabric that my niece donated to my stores, and the foam inside was rescued from a sofa that was being discarded.
